Eric Rice

Eric brings over 18 years of experience in financial analysis, procurement management, program management, operations, and business development with a results-oriented mindset. He previously worked as the Associate Director of Fiscal Management for the Office of the State Superintendent of Education, Division of Student Transportation, where he oversaw budget and procurement activities. Before this position, he was the Executive Director for the DC Office of Administrative Hearings, where his responsibilities included budget management, procurement, information technology, human resources, and facilities. He has also served as the Director of the DC Minority Business Center for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, where he consulted and assisted minority business firms in obtaining government and private sector contracting opportunities, as well as securing financing. Eric graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Economics and Columbia Business School with an MBA.
