Trinity Allen is a Junior at Howard University where she is currently studying Political Science with a minor in Legal Communications. A scholar, Allen made the Dean’s List for the 2021-2022 academic year. As the National Youth Civic Engagement Intern, she worked with the Common Cause last summer. Allen was the 2021 Hampton Roads Youth Poet Laureate Ambassador for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. And, she has performed for the Mighty Dream Forum, curated by award-winning songwriter, producer, recording artist Pharrell Williams.  Allen also sings and is a member of the Howard University Gospel Choir.
